Hello, my name is Eric Lessig.
I have forty years of experience in commercial and residential construction and property maintenance. I am an InterNACHI CPI certified to inspect roofs, electrical, plumbing, chimney, septic, wells, heating and air conditioning, decks, attic insulation, moisture intrusion wood destroying organisms, radon, thermal imaging, and new construction. I have a strong background in building design, engineering, and designing blueprints for new and existing construction.
Hello, my name is Ryan Lessig.
I am a certified professional inspector devoted to helping my clients make well-informed decisions when buying or selling a home. I have been an InterNACHI CPI for four years and prior to that I served my community as a volunteer firefighter. The hard work and dedication I have put into my craft is principally for the betterment of my services designed for home buyers and sellers. My mission is to provide my clients with the peace of mind and satisfaction that they hired the right professional who holds their wellbeing as a homebuyer or seller as the top priority. As somebody who has a passion for helping others, you can trust that the services and knowledge I provide have all been developed with you in mind. My passion is for my clients. Standard Home Inspection
I follow a comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice. This means that I’ll inspect the visible and accessible structure, systems and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools and technology.

Although radon is a naturally occurring gas in our environment, it's also the second leading cause of lung cancer deaths in the U.S., according to the Surgeon General. One out of 15 homes is estimated to have dangerously elevated radon levels.
