Yes, we carry all state-required insurance.
We accept cash, checks and debit / credit card payments.
Yes, we offer extensive ancillary services. Radon testing, termite inspections, water quality testing, infrared thermal imaging, sewer scopes and more.
Yes. We use tools like moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, outlet testers, and more.
Yes. As InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspectors we follow InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
Yes. Even newer properties can have construction defects or oversights.
Yes. Helpful maintenance tips are included throughout the report to help you care for your property.
It’s not required, but highly recommended. Attending allows you to see issues firsthand and ask questions in real time. You will still receive all photos and videos taken during the inspection for your records.
Our inspection reports are delivered within 24 hours of the inspection.
Most properties have some issues worth knowing about. You can use our reports to negotiate potential repairs, request credits, or as a reference to help you make informed decisions.
That is encouraged. We are available to answer questions even after the report is delivered and we will walk you through our findings and offer professional guidance.
