Yes. As InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspectors we follow InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
That is encouraged. We are available to answer questions even after the report is delivered and we will walk you through our findings and offer professional guidance.
Our inspection reports are delivered within 24 hours of the inspection.
Yes, we offer extensive ancillary services. Radon testing, termite inspections, water quality testing, infrared thermal imaging, sewer scopes and more.
It’s not required, but highly recommended. Attending allows you to see issues firsthand and ask questions in real time. You will still receive all photos and videos taken during the inspection for your records.
No. A home inspection is not a pass/fail test—it’s an objective assessment of the property’s
overall condition at a given point in time.
Yes. Helpful maintenance tips are included throughout the report to help you care for your home.
Yes. We use tools like moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, outlet testers, and more.
